General Freight Terms

At all times, we endeavor to provide the best service to protect your goods. However:
Insurance for General Freight Pickup and Delivery, and Warehouse Moves is on a Carriers Limited Liablility contract.

Pricing

  • Pricing is available upon request.
  • We reserve the right to amend and change pricing at any time.
  • Hourly rate is payable from the agreed start time at job, until completion of job.

Payment

Payment for General Freight Pickup and Delivery is required:

  • Cash on Delivery, or
  • Seven days following date of invoice (after completion and acceptance of a credit application form)

Cancellation Fee

  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any confirmed household/warehouse shift within 48 hours of the agreed start time of $50.00 inc gst.

Passengers

  • Passengers are not permitted to travel in Auckland Metro Freight Limited vehicles at any time.

House Shift Terms

Payment

Payment for Household shifts is required:

  • Upon completion of shift. A tax invoice will be provided at time of payment.

Cancellation Fee

  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any confirmed household/warehouse shift within 48 hours of the agreed start time of $50.00 inc gst.

Passengers

  • Passengers are not permitted to travel in Auckland Metro Freight Limited vehicles at any time.

Insurance

At all times, we endeavor to provide the best service to protect your goods. However:

  • Insurance for General Freight Pickup and Delivery, and Warehouse Moves is on a Carriers Limited Liablility contract.
  • Insurance for Household Shifts must be arranged prior to the shift by you. As we are unaware of the number or value of your items, we are unable to arrange this cover for you. The most cost effective solution is to contact your House/and or Contents insurer to arrange for Moving Day Insurance. If you do not have Contents insurance, we are happy to recommend an insurance company for you to contact.
